He was born on May 18,1978 in West Allis WI and spent his early childhood years in New Berlin, WI, moving to Phoenix AZ with his family in 1994, where he graduated from Mountain Pointe High School. After High school he became involved in the audio/visual industry working his way up to project manager and Director of Event technology that contracted with many properties even outside of Arizona.
As a very passionate person; he was kind, patient, loving and loyal and would go out of his way to help his family and friends in any way he could. Not only was he compassionate he was humorous, lighting up a room with his warm personality. No matter if you were a close friend or a stranger, he would joke with you to try to make your life a little easier.
Touching so many lives in his work and personal life, he was a mentor to many in the Audio/visual world, training employees and jumping in whenever or wherever needed.
In his personal life, he adored his wife and daughter and was so very proud of all of his daughter’s accomplishments. Being an animal lover he treasured his three cats and new puppy.
Some of his favorite pastimes were; traveling, visiting with family, going to Disney, sitting on the beach, playing the drums, fishing, and enjoying the outdoors. He even hiked the Grand Canyon down and up twice and loved off-roading with his ATV in the desert.
One of Tom’s favorite trips was going to Europe and visiting places such as Germany, Switzerland, and Rome. He often talked about his experiences while in these places especially while he was in Rome where he visited many holy Catholic sites.
Tom was an avid football fan, cheering for the Green Bay Packers and attending Notre Dame games with his best friend Coley. He enjoyed all forms of music but especially “The Peacemakers” making their concert his first date with Kathryn.
Thomas is survived by his loving family: his wife Kathryn and daughter Khloe, father Steven Jankowski (Janet), mother Beverly Jankowski Capozza, sister Dana Halley (Chad), sister Lori Marens (Richard), brother Brian Jankowski (Nicole), 9 nieces and 4 nephews. He is preceded in death by his infant sister Jennifer and infant brother Daniel.
Tom was a beloved Husband, Father, Son, Brother and friend to all whose lives he touched.
