Construction on 292-unit Trio Apartments begins next month

Construction of the new Trio Apartments in southeast Orlando is set to begin soon.

The new, multi-million dollar development is scheduled for construction beginning next month, according to construction records. The contractor for the project is Roger B Kennedy Construction, based in Altamonte Springs.

The development will encompass nearly 400,000 square-feet spread over three apartment/condominium buildings. In total, the four-story buildings will include approximately 292 units, and a 15,000 square foot clubhouse/social club.

The owner/developer of the project is LeCesse Development Corporation of Altamonte Springs. Construction records show that the project’s prospective bidders are based all around the state of Florida, including Lauderhill, Boynton Beach, and Sanford, among cities.

The new apartment complex joins a slate of new construction projects in various phases throughout Lake Nona and surrounding areas.
