A home was consumed and destroyed by fire in Maitland on Monday morning.
Maitland Fire Rescue Department and Orange County Fire Rescue crews were called to a house fire on Carew Avenue on Monday, May 22.
Upon arrival, crews encountered a home that was completely engulfed in flames and smoke.
A primary search was conducted and no occupants were found in the structure.
Crews used a 1,000-foot, 5-inch fire hose to take the blaze under control and the fire was extinguished quickly.
No injuries were reported as a result of the fire.
