The business officially opened its doors several weeks ago and celebrated a soft opening this past weekend, according to staff.

The restaurant features a large selection of milk teas, flavored teas, lattes, coffees, and hot teas. In addition to hot drinks, a variety of yogurts, fruit juices, and slushes are available for purchase. Toppings include brown sugar boba, honey golden boba, chese foam, and sea salt cream, among others.

The business is open seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., staying open an extra hour on Friday and Saturday (10 p.m.), and opening an hour later on Sunday (11 a.m.).

Ding Tea joins a growing list of businesses to open in downtown Orlando over the past several months.

That includes new cafes like Stemma Craft Coffee, Double O’s Coffee, and City Arts Café, which all opened in the past year. It also includes new taco restaurants like Tacos My Guey, Taco Kat, and Solita, which all opened over the past year within a few blocks of each other. Birria1983 will soon join that list, with a planned expansion into the former location of Graffiti Junktion on Church Street.

In addition to the restaurants and cafes that have opened, multiple new bars have celebrated openings as well, including Parlay, Bellhop, High Tide, High-T, Fixtion, Game Room and Social Club, Pups Pub and Proper. All of those bars have opened in downtown over the past year.
