Orange County extends free drive-thru COVID-19 Vaccine, Testing Sites through February

Orange County Health Services is extending free drive-thru COVID-19 vaccinations and testing through the end of February.

The free drive-thru testing and vaccination sites will offer extended operations through February 28, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days per week.

Vaccinations for children between the ages of 5 and 11 years old are available on Saturdays and Sundays only from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the administration building inside Barnett Park. A parent or guardian must be present at the time of vaccination for anyone age 5-17 years old. All other sites offer drive through services only for individuals 5 years old and up.

For testing and vaccinations, residents may visit Barnett Park, located at 4801 W Colonial Drive. For testing only, visit the Econ Soccer Complex (8035 Yates Road) or South Orange Youth Sports Complex (11800 S Orange Avenue).

Visit www.ocfl.net/vaccine or www.ocfl.net/testing for more information or frequently asked questions.

Barnett Park can accommodate 1,500 to 2,000 vaccinations a day, according to health officials.

There are no walk-ups allowed and each vehicle is limited to four people. Families being tested are asked to be in the same vehicle. No symptoms and/or criteria are necessary for testing.

Rapid test results are emailed/texted in less than an hour and PCR/molecular test results take about 48 hours. Due to high demand and occasional inclement weather, the entrance to the sites may close early to accommodate all cars in line.
