Ilona Rose went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 26, 2022. Helen, or as she was known to those closest to her as Grami, was born on August 6, 1947 in Budapest, Hungary.
Helen lived nothing short of a full life. After fleeing Russian occupation to Australia, they landed in northeast Ohio. Then, after moving to Florida in 1993, she gave her time as a talented seamstress to that of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and to the movie industry, to name a few. She will always be known for being a blessing to everyone she met. She was ever faithful to her Lord and Savior, a proud church member who enjoyed fellowship and sharing her talents alongside her brothers and sisters in Christ, with the most recent being Canoe Creek Christian Church.
Her life revolved around her family. She truly had the softest heart and loved so big. She is preceded in death by her mother and father Rozalia and Ferenc Nemeth, and leaves behind one brother, four children, two nieces, thirteen grandchildren, and six great- grandchildren. Her brother Gabe Nemeth (Mary); Her children Anthony Allo (Vera), Katrina Eckert (Ron), Paul Coiner (Destini), and Jodie Sage (David); Her nieces Jessi and Andrea; Her grandchildren Chelsey, Noah, Hannah, Elisha, Josiah, Ambur, James, Alexis, Zoie, Nicolas, David James, Thomas, and Sophia; Her great- grandchildren Ilona, Dice, Ezra, Piper, Freya, and one on the way.
To God be the glory for letting us love and to be loved by her.
A celebration of her life will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 3, 2022, at Canoe Creek Christian Church (4080 Pine Tree Drive, St. Cloud, FL 34772.)
