Greek restaurant temporarily closed after roaches found

A Greek restaurant chain with several locations across the area was forced to temporarily close one of its establishments last week after roaches were found during a health inspection.

Little Greek Fresh Grill, which is located at 6756 Eagle Watch Drive in Orlando, was forced to close its doors on Monday, October 16 after failing a health inspection conducted by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

According to the report, the inspector cited just one high priority health code violation at the restaurant. During the inspection, approximately four live roaches were found behind the make line.

The report indicates that the manager killed the roaches before cleaning and sanitizing the area.

The restaurant was permitted to reopen on Tuesday, October 17 after no violations were found.
