UCF sells club naming rights to Winter Park company for $1.75 million

The University of Central Florida sold the naming rights to its football stadium’s Tower Club to a local Winter Park company this week, just two weeks after inking a multi-million dollar for the stadium’s naming rights.

The UCF Athletic Association made the announcement on Tuesday that the former Tower Club will now be known as the 3MG Club after agreeing to a naming rights deal for its third-floor premium seating area with 3MG Roofing & Solar, a division of 3MG Solutions of Winter Park.

The multi-year agreement is worth $350,000 annually beginning in the upcoming 2022-23 athletic season and running through the 2026-27 season. According to the school, the Tower Club had never had a naming-rights partner previously.

Based in Central Florida and founded in 2020, 3MG Solutions, LLC is a residential and commercial roofing services company that joins FBC Mortgage as the premier brands associated with the new stadium, which sold its naming rights to FBC Mortgage earlier this year for $19.5 million.
