Man steals nearly $3,000 in trading cards from Clermont Walmart, police say

Clermont police are looking for a man who allegedly stole nearly $3,000 worth of trading cards from a local Walmart last week.

According to the Clermont Police Department, the male theft suspect traveled to the Walmart located at 1450 John’s Lake Road in Clermont on Monday, March 18. While inside the store, at around 6:40 p.m., the suspect allegedly proceeded to steal trading cards totaling $2,923.17.

No further details were provided by the police department.
