Orange County will stop accepting new applicants on Friday for its Emergency Rental Assistance Program.
The county will accept applications through 11:59 p.m. on July 15.
According to officials, since March 2021, nearly $30.1 million has been distributed to Orange County residents.
The program will continue to process submitted applications based on funding availability. Residents may check the status of their submitted application by accessing the application portal.
To date, the program has allocated over an average assistance of just over $6,000 to 4,674 applications.
The county is currently planning to open another round of Emergency Rental Assistance in September.
