UPDATE: Lucy Hernandez has been located.
The Winter Park Police Department is asking the public for help to locate a missing 15-year-old girl who was last seen at a local library.
According to WPD, Lucy Hernandez was last seen at the Winter Park Library, which is located at 1052 W. Morse Boulevard.
Hernandez stands 5’5″, weighs 198 pounds, has brown eyes, black hair that comes down to her shoulders, and was last seen wearing a black Rolling Stones t-shirt and black leggings.
