Police looking for suspect in beating death of man at Orlando homeless camp

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help to identify a man who may have information about a vicious beating that resulted in the death of a 40-year-old man in Orlando.

According to OCSO, the man in the following video was seen leaving an empty parking lot where Omar Toro was attacked on May 20, 2022.

The parking lot is located at 1505 25th Street in Orlando and appeared to be a makeshift transient camp, according to authorities.

Police are offering a 5000 reward for information about the death of Omar Toro who was beat to death on May 20 at a homeless camp in Orlando
Omar Toro was found severely beaten on May 20. He died from his injuries on August 6. He was 40 years old.

Toro died from the injuries he sustained during the beating on August 6.
