Moghul Indian Cuisine closes for third time this year due to rodent, roach activity

Moghul Indian Cuisine closed its doors for the third time this year after another failed health inspection due to rodent and roach activity.

According to a report from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, Moghul Indian Cuisine, which is located at 401 N Semoran Boulevard, was closed on Tuesday, August 9, after a health inspector cited 28 health code violations.

Among the multiple high priority violations was rodent and roach activity. The inspector found four roaches in the deep freezer, as well as multiple rodent droppings around the kitchen.

The restaurant was inspected again on Wednesday, August 10, and was permitted to reopen, despite 15 violations remaining.

In late April, Moghul was again forced to close after a health inspector found that food had been tampered with by rodents. The restaurant was permitted to reopen, but was closed again just a few days later after more rodent and roach activity was discovered.
