Halo tournament in Orlando this weekend will offer $5,000 free-for-all tournament

The Halo Championship Series will descend onto Orlando this weekend, offering a $250,000 prize to the top team and a $5,000 free-for-all tournament to all attendees.

The three-day HCS Major Orlando event will take place from Friday, September 23 through Sunday, September 25, at the Orange County Convention Center, which is located at 9400 International Drive.

The top 16 teams from North American and Europe, and top 8 teams from the rest of the world will attend the event. That includes Faze Clan, Optic Gaming, Cloud9, and multiple other top teams that hope to claim the top prize.

Tickets to the event are $50 for the weekend and provide access to the entirety of the tournament.

The event will also be livestreamed through multiple Twitch channels.

In addition to the top teams competing, all attendees will be eligible to compete in a $5,000 free-for-all tournament on Saturday, September 24.
