Winter Springs issues boil water notice for all residents

The city of Winter Springs is advising all residents of a boil water notice after reports of multiple water main breaks.

Winter Springs officials issued the notice on Thursday, September 29, at around 12:38 p.m. The notice, which applies to all residents of the city, comes in light of multiple water main breaks caused by Tropical Storm Ian.

Multiple cities across Seminole County have reported flooding on major streets and in various neighborhoods. Traffic lights are down in Sanford, Oviedo, Casselberry, and other cities in the area.
