USPS offering $50,000 reward for info on man who robbed postal worker

The United States Post Office is offering a $50,000 reward for any information that will help them identify and find a man who robbed a postal worker in Orlando.

The U.S. Postal Inspection Service and Orange County Sheriff’s Office are investigating a robbery that took place earlier this month in west Orlando. The organizations issued a statement on the matter last week.

According to officials, an unknown suspect robbed a USPS letter carrier in the 1100 block of Nowell Street on October 4, just after 3 p.m.

The suspect is described as an 18 to 20 year-old black male who was wearing a white hooded sweatshirt, long pants, and a white face mask. The suspect fled the area in a gray Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Any information that leads to an arrest and conviction of the suspect may be eligible for up to a $50,000 reward.
