Frederick Herman Koch

Frederick Herman Koch, 78, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on November 3, 2022. He was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on September 14, 1944 to parents, Herman Frederick Koch and Rose (Kennedy) Koch. He graduated from Crosby High School and Hartford Instituted of Accounting. He served 6 years in the United States Army Reserves. He also owned Forbes liquor store in Connecticut. He moved to Central Florida in the 1970’s and had a career as a Managing Director of Accounting for Attorney Title The Fund in Orlando until his retirement in 2006. He married his wife, Linda on October 19, 1991.

He was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and Central Florida Pleasure Divers where he held a few officer positions. Frederick enjoyed diving and traveled to many wonderful places to dive, Cozumel, Hawaii, Jupiter and St. Maarten to name a few. He also enjoyed woodworking, line dancing cooking out on his BBQ and going to the Gun Range for target practice. He also never missed Lobster Season for over 20 years in Jupiter.

Frederick is survived by his loving wife, Linda; son, Andrew and his wife Cari Withrow; granddaughter Nichole Withrow and her husband Marc Kirsten; sister, Rosie Koch and brother, Gerald Koch. He was preceded in death by son, Christopher Withrow.
