Multiple parks, boat ramps, wilderness areas closed across Seminole County

Multiple parks, trails, boat ramps, and wilderness areas are closed until further notice due to high water from Hurricane Ian and Tropical Storm Nicole.

According to Seminole County officials, the following parks and trails remain closed until further notice due to high water levels:

Black Bear Wilderness Area, Black Hammock Wilderness Area, Cameron Wight Park/Boat Ramp, CS Lee Park/Boat Ramp, Deer Run Property, Econ River Wilderness Area, Ed Yarborough Nature Center, Flagler Trail, Geneva Wilderness Area, Lake Harney Wilderness Area, Lake Jesup Park/Boat Ramp, Lake Jesup Wilderness Area, Lake Monroe Wayside Park/Boat Ramp, Lake Proctor Wilderness Area, Little Big Econ Canoe Launch, Mullet Lake Park/Boat Ramp, Overlook Park, Rolling Hills Community Park Property, and Spring Hammock Preserve.
