Robert Smith

Robert (Karaoke Bob) Smith passed away Thanksgiving morning, November 24,2022. He died in an Edgewood, Florida hospital due to complications from an unexpected stroke after a surgery procedure.

He was born July 27, 1946 in Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey only son of Willard and Marjorie Smith. His surviving and only sister Dorothy Lugo still resides in NJ. He also leaves behind his wife of 45 years, Linda Lucine DeMent Smith and only child Robert Andrew Smith, Jr. both of Kissimmee, Florida.

Bob served 20 years in the US Air Force and retired as an air traffic controller. He also worked 30 years for the US Post Office retiring as a supervisor at the Orlando hub. He graduated from Southern Florida College as an accounting and computer programming major.
He loved his family, his golf, his singing, his RV and traveling (he also humored his wife by going with her to WDW almost weekly)…..he lived his 76 years as fully and enjoyably as he knew how….he will be missed…
