Rollins Museum of Art hosting free, art-making activities workshop

The Rollins Museum of Art will host free art-making workshops for drawing, soldering, and printing this weekend.

The museum’s Spring Fling will take place on Saturday, April 30, from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at 1000 Holt Avenue in Winter Park.

Spring Fling will feature three separate art stations that will provide step-by-step instructions for participants to learn monotype printmaking, meditative drawing, and soldering.

In addition to the art-making activities, the event will allow residents to engage with the museum’s American Modernisms exhibition through docent-led tours at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

The all-ages event is open to the community and no advanced registration is required.
