Red Hot & Boom returns to Altamonte Springs for first time since 2019

One of the largest Fourth of July celebrations in Central Florida will return for the first time since 2019.

Red Hot & Boom returns to Altamonte Springs on Sunday, July 3, from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Cranes Roost Park, which is located at 274 Cranes Roost Boulevard.

This year’s event will feature multiple recording artists, including Alyssa Raghu, who previously appeared on American Idol, Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter JVKE, and TikTok star and singer Emmy Meli, among others.

Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 9:30 p.m., weather permitting.

A multitude of items are banned from the event, including drones, large coolers, weapons, glass containers, alcohol, grills or propane tanks, or pets. Pop-up tents and canopies no larger than 10′ x 10′ may be used, permitted they have no sides. Blankets and tarps may be no bigger than 10′ x 10′. Only folding and beach chairs are allowed.

Over 65 portable restrooms and two park restrooms will be located throughout the site, according to event organizers. Handicap accessible restrooms and hand wash stations will be available at all restroom locations.
