Police looking for suspects in death of Orlando man

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for any information that might lead to the identification and arrest of potential suspects in the murder of an Orlando man last week.

Authorities are offering a reward of up to $5,000 for any information regarding the death of 48-year-old Elias Maldonado Perez, who was killed in his apartment last week.

Deputies with the sheriff’s office responded to a call at ARIUM Green View Apartments at 10649 Bastille Lane on Wednesday, March 2 around 9:09 a.m.

Upon their arrival, they discovered Perez in his apartment, who had been fatally shot. Authorities determined the incident to be a homicide and have not found any suspects to date.
