Paradiso Grande announces floor plans for luxury vacation community

Paradiso Grande, a new vacation community that will offer luxury short-term rentals, released its pricing and floor plans this week.

According to broker Tiago Ferreira of Authentic Real Estate Team, the first phase of construction will be single family homes with prices ranging from $788,990 to $1,199,990.

Each property will feature between five and fifteen bedrooms and a two to three-car garage. All properties will have private pools and access to exclusive amenities.

Located within close proximity to SeaWorld and Universal Studios, the community is walking distance from activities and attractions on International Drive and will offer the closest short-term rental option to that area.

Ferreira says that although investors are in line to purchase the lots, the Authentic team is still maintaining a waiting list of interested buyers. For more information on the property, floor plans, or pricing, visit Authentic Real Estate Team’s Paradiso Grande information page.
