White Castle opening first takeout location in Orlando

White Castle will open its first take-out location in Orlando later this month.

The Crave & Go concept by the popular burger company will officially opens its doors on Wednesday, October 26 at 11815 Glass House Lane, Suite 120, in the O-Town West Village.

The new business is next door to a P.F. Chang’s to Go location that is also currently under buildout.

Unlike its sister restaurant next door, the Crave & Go location will not offer traditional, dine-in service to its customers. Instead, customers will be able to place orders for pickup directly at the location, or for delivery through food apps like UberEats or GrubHub.

Earlier this year, the company indicated that its Orlando location, which was opened in May 2021, is the top performing restaurant in the United States. Billed as the largest free-standing White Castle in the world, the Orlando location marked the return of White Castle to Florida since opening four restaurants in Miami in the 1960s.

The Orlando restaurant, which is situated next to the Crave & Go location at 11595 Daryl Carter Parkway, employs 120 staff and can accommodate 200 guests. Over the summer, the company shifted its business hours for its Orlando location to 24-hours-a-day to accommodate the demand.

Crave & Go joins multiple other businesses celebrating new locations in the O-Town West Village. That includes Tijuana Flats, Bubbakoo Burritos, and Vitality Bowls, which all opened their doors in the past couple months. It also includes Burger Fi and McAlister’s Deli, which are both currently under buildout.
