Casselberry Police Department breaks ground at new headquarters site

The city of Casselberry held a groundbreaking ceremony this week at the future site of its police headquarters.

On Monday, Casselberry officials gathered at the site of the new Casselberry Police Department, which will be centrally located within the city at 115 Wilshire Boulevard.

According to city officials, the project is expected to be complete in the fall of 2023.

Located in Seminole County, the city of Casselberry has just over 29,000 residents as of the last estimate provided by the United States Census Bureau.

Along with multiple other local departments, Casselberry police recently announced that it is hiring at a multitude of positions.
