Kissimmee pastor arrested for allegedly masturbating at Starbucks for second time

A Kissimmee pastor was arrested for allegedly masturbating at a local Starbucks in what police say was not the first instance.

According to the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office, 39-year-old Enginio Dali Muniz Colón was arrested on Monday, June 27, for allegedly exposing himself on May 9 while masturbating on the patio of the Starbucks located at 1041 W Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee.

After the incident in May, detectives with the Special Victims Unit investigated the allegations and eventually determined that the suspect they were looking for was Muniz-Colón, who previously faced similar charges at the same location.

Muniz-Colón is being held on $1,000 bond at the Osceola County Jail.

According to police, Muniz-Colón is a pastor in Kissimmee and teaches online ministry classes.

Anyone with information related to this case or any other similar incidents is asked to contact the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office at (407) 348-2222.
